Devices, gadgets and machines

Every recorded answer for the device questions in the archive, grouped by the exact wording the game used. Each list is followed by a link to its dated record, where the full answer sheet and point tiers stay fixed.

4 dated questions · 899 recorded names · updated October 21, 2026

Device questions ask for an object rather than a name, so the useful part is the spread: a fan and a leaf blower both count for "a device made to blow air", but they are recorded at different point values.

Each question shows two blocks: the thirty most common recorded answers and the twenty highest-scoring ones. Open a dated record for the complete sheet, the rarity tiers and every captured name.

How these lists are recorded

Every name, point value and tier comes from the dated answer sheet captured for that dive. Nothing on this page is estimated, re-scored or merged across dates: a name that scored 100 on one date can score 10 on another, so each list keeps its own date. The original game decides whether a live answer is accepted.

Lists stop at thirty rows per block. The complete sheet, including every recorded name and its tier, stays on the dated page linked under each question. How records are checked.
